San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA) will be renewing its Health Net plans on March 1st, 2024. We are continuing to offer Gold and Platinum PPO options for the coming year with no benefits changes. The overall average increase in monthly premium for all SFTLA members this renewal is approximately 1%.

Price-wise, the Gold plan continues to be approximately 25% less in monthly premium than the Platinum offering. For those who do not utilize coverage excessively, the Gold plan will likely be a much more affordable and efficient option, still with very rich benefits.

***Right now the SFTLA Health Net association plan is only able to cover companies, or sole proprietors with at least one W2 employee (does not include family.) The company's W2 employee must work at least 30 hours a week. It is ok if this employee waives, and the owners and or partners go on the plan only. We are unable to cover individuals at this time.
